What is Counselling?

Counselling involves talking confidentially to a trained professional about difficulties that you are experiencing in your life. It helps you to see the situation more clearly and to make your own decisions and changes.   Therapy is healing when you feel a corrective experience in the 'now' that involves being heard and understood.

The aim of counselling is to provide an opportunity for you to work towards living in a more satisfying and resourceful way.
